She is survived by: her daughter Susan Self (Tim) of Trenton, GA; her stepchildren, Karen Beck of Merritt Island, FL, Cynthia Clark (Robert) of Toccoa, GA, Brenda Waldron of Virginia Beach, VA and Philip Beaty of Virginia Beach, VA; and her siblings, Ray Polk of Milton, FL, Bobby Polk of Milton, FL, Joyce Schroeder of Falls Church and Judy Vincent (Bill) of Cameron, WI.. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 10 precious great-grandchildren.
