She is survived by: her husband Tim Burnett; her daughters, Crystal Conner (BJ) and Katie Koger (Kevin Long); her grandchildren, Steve McCulligh, Beth McCulligh, Brittany Burnette, Evan Koger, Gavin Koger, Destiny McCulligh and Dylon McCulligh; her children, Jesstine McCulligh, Olivia McCulligh, Sammy McCulligh, Seaun McCulligh and Nick McCulligh; and her great grandchild Violet Koger.
