He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Joyce Parrish Downer; his children, Jeff Downer (Christine), Bill Thompson and Lisa Downer Murphy (Michael); his sister Judi Downer Hoell; and his niece Tammy English. He was also cherished by 5 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
