He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Castleberry and Malinda Castleberry; his wife Agnes S. Castleberry; his daughter Nancy Stephens; his siblings, Vardie, Henry, Maggie Blevins, Dorthy Blevins, Icelean Davis and Dora Dean; and his grandson Tyler Fritz.
He is survived by: his daughter Malinda Pell; his grandchildren, Tabatha Stephens, Alex Pell, Adam Stephens and Brandon Pell; his great grandchildren, Tristan Stephens and Alexis Ashburn; and his great great grandchild Elaine Ashburn.
