He is survived by: his children, Cassie Prater-Bercot (Matthew), Carlie Prater, William Cody Prater, Jessica Ziegler (Kevin), Katie Seamster (Kris) and Jenna Prater; his grandchildren, Austin Prater, Jarren Hines and Kyle Seamster; his siblings, Garry Prater and Stephanie Prater (Stacey) of Trenton, GA.; and his aunts, Eloise Steele (Bill) and Carolyn Hermes of Henagar, AL.. He is also survived by children and grandchildren.
