She is survived by: her husband Bobby Lee Boatfield; her children, Bobby Boatfield, II (Courtny), Cissey Vaughn (David), Christal McPhetridge (Chris) and Leanna Boatfield; her grandchildren, Bobby (Kelly), David (Amy), Haley (Aaron), Jake, Ellie, Cianna (Caleb), Alex, Emma (Blake), Summer (Brett), Tanner, Lexie (Avery), Matthew, Cooper and Colton; her grandchild-in-law Lyndi; her great grandchildren, Johnny, Madi, Addah, Blakelynn, Brayden, Caroline, Henry, Millie, Connor, Emma Rae and Charleigh; her grandchildren, Adriana Espindola and Edie Duncan; her sister Barb Smith; her niece Lela McClanahan; and her nephew Luke Smith.
