He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Henry, Katherine Case and David Smith. He is survived by: his parents, Terry Smith, Sr. of South Pittsburg, Tennessee and Donna Chapman (Kevin) of Salisbury; his wife Christy Smith of Trenton, Georgia; his son Chandler Smith; his siblings, Labron Smith (Stacy) of South Pittsburg, Chris Smith (Tiffany Jordan) of South Pittsburg, David Muir (Elizabeth) of South Pittsburg, Dakota Smith of South Pittsburg and Heather Smith of South Pittsburg; his grandmother Mary Westmoreland; and his uncle Royce Case. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
