He is survived by: his wife Pam Mallard of Shellman Bluff; his parents, Richard Mallard and Juanita Mallard of Callahan, FL; his children, Mark Mallard Jr. (Tiffany), Kenneth Mallard (Wendy) and Megan Mallard; and his stepchildren, Margie Warren (Kenny) and Bret Higginbotham (Kelli). He is also survived by three siblings, ten grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
