He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Middleton and Ginger Middleton; and his brother Donald Branson. He is survived by: his siblings, Sophia Rhame (Eric), Charlene Darley (James), Marie Branson of Townsend and Keith Middleton of Columbia, SC. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
