It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stacie Key of Townsend, Georgia, born in Fort Stewart, Georgia, who passed away on December 27, 2024, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Stacie may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her mother Becky Howard. She is survived by: her husband Allen Key of Townsend; her children, Nina Raby of Brantley County, Allen Michael Raby of Brantley County, Ed Trutt, IV and Dylan Trutt of Darien; her father Michael Howard of Townsend; and her sisters, Jennifer Wrenn (Mark) of Townsend and Christy Critchley (Chuck) of Denver, CO. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Howard Funeral Home (57 Oak St, Ludowici, GA 31316). A graveside service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Ebenezer Cemetery.
