She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lonnie Harris Durrence and Ernestine Mixon Durrence; her former husband Wayne Kendrick; her husband Danny Strickland; her stepchildren, Jennifer (Jason) and Marc (Cristan); her grandchildren, Taylor, Jennifer (Tracy) and Daniel; and her sisters, Marilyn Durrence Moore (John) and Betty Ann Durrence Laurs (Michael). She was also cherished by five nieces and nephews as well as several grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
