He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Harlow and Lois Harlow of Orlando, Florida; and his parents-in-law, Sidney and Minnie Rowe. He is survived by: his wife Faye Harlow of Townsend; and his siblings-in-law, Katie Warren of Townsend, Keith Rowe (Teresa) of Hilliard, FL, Billy Rowe (Jackie) of Townsend and Stacy Rowe of Townsend. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends.
