He is survived by: his daughter Tristan Perkins of Screven; his mother Elouise Butler-Howard of Townsend; his siblings, Cynthia LaRoche-Porter of Savannah and Tony LaRoche of Savannah; and his granddaughter Trislyn Perkins of Screven. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
