He was predeceased by: his daughter Sarah Yawn; his parents, Alfred Rowe and Annie Rowe; and his siblings, Maggie Buie, Carroll Rowe, Earl Rowe, Douglas Rowe and Wayne "Duce" Rowe.
He is survived by: his wife Earline Rowe; his sons, Fred Rowe (Rhonda) of Townsend and Paul Rowe (Tracy) of Townsend; his sisters, Pearl Young of Townsend and Mary Jane Poppell of Ludowici; and his son-in-law Derrell Yawn of Eastman. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, twenty-one great-grandchildren, one great-great-granddaughter, and several nieces and nephews.
