She was predeceased by: her parent Thomas McCamy; her husband Albert Starnes; her son Thomas Ray Starnes; and her sisters, Dorothy Shoemaker, Lynn Flora and Tommie Jefferies.
She is survived by: her parent Pearl Garrison McCamy; her children, Lamarr Starnes (Florence), Don (Lillian), Pete, Becky Shepherd (Tim) and Connie Starnes; and her grandsons, James Starnes, Brad Cothran, Derik Starnes, Marcus Riley, Christopher Riley and Dalton Rogers.
