He is survived by: his wife Cathryn Strickland of Townsend; his children, Sheila Ryals (Gary) of Townsend, Dewayne Strickland (Lyn) of Waynesville and Mark Strickland of Townsend; and his siblings, Janice O'Quinn (Al) of Brantley County, Darsey Strickland (Joyce) of Prattville, AL, Derrell Strickland (Kathleen) of Savannah, Curtis Strickland (Karen) and Mack Strickland (Susan) of Brantley County. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
