He is survived by: his wife Sharon Elaine Hartley; his sons, Dustin Alf Hartley, Garrett Boykin Hartley (Kelli) and Vincent Bryan Hartley (Meghan); his stepchildren, Benjamin M. Shaffer (Alisha), Shana J. Warsky (Joel) and Brandi R. Michael (Jordan); and his grandchildren, Hayden Dustin Hartley, Meredith Catherine Hartley, Oliver Bryan Hartley, Ian Jakob Hartley, Jimmy Michael, Jaydon Conner, Kamryn Leah, William Conner and Cali Rose. He is also survived by many loving nephews and nieces.
