She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Tillman and Sarah Vickery Whitlock; her husband Harold Franklin Kelley; her brother Bobby J. Whitlock; her sister-in-law Sara Whitlock; her brothers, Hugh Dwayne Whitlock and Gerald W. Whitlock; her sister-in-law Peggy Defoor Whitlock; and her daughters-in-law, Lynda Burgess Kelley and Linda Harris Kelley.
She is survived by: her son Terry; her daughter-in-law Polly Kelley of Cherokee; her children, Anthony Kelley (Tony) of Hoschton, GA and Donna; her son-in-law Dean Reid of Toccoa, GA; her grandchildren, Heather, Milenko Zurita of Waverly Hall, GA, Kelli and Cody Bollinger of Toccoa, GA; and her great grandchildren, Aiden Franklin Bollinger, Addilyn Brooke Bollinger and Dante Ove Zurita.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Rock Creek Baptist Church or to a charity of choice.
