With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Donald Pruitt (Toccoa, Georgia), who passed away on December 22, 2019 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Oscar and Eva Lucille Richey Pruitt; the mother of his children Frances Deal Pruitt; his son-in-law Edsel Shiflet; and his brother Julius Pruitt.
He is survived by: his wife Becky LeCroy Pruitt; his children, Melinda Shiflet, Janice (Mack Poss), Laura (Jerry Brown) and Steve; his daughter-in-law Jackie Pruitt of Toccoa; his grandchildren, Charlie, Stephanie Shiflet, Corey Shiflet, Christen Shiflet, Alisa Shiflet, Evan, Poss, Carrie, Byron Young, Brianna Pruitt, Griff Pruitt, Jerrod, Ann Ralls Brown and Seth Brown; his great grandchildren, Carter Shiflet, Brayden Shiflet, Austin Shiflet, Peyton Shiflet, Emily Young, Ellis Young, Mae Young and Mack Poss; and also, Brad, Bill and Kim LeCroy. He is also survived by children and grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
