He is survived by: his pet Buddy; his wife Janice Chastain Proctor; his daughter Tracey Proctor-Bennett; his son-in-law Tony of Toccoa; his son Todd; his daughter-in-law Stacey Proctor of Toccoa; his granddaughter McKenzie Proctor Viola (Sean); his sister Carolyn; and his siblings-in-law, Sam Barboar of Angier, NC, Debbie and Tommy West of Cleveland, GA.
