Mr. Wayne Lee Martin, age 65 of Alexander Street, Toccoa passed away Saturday, January 2, 2021 at the Stephens County Hospital. A son of the late Billy Martin and Armedia Westwong Martin, he was born February 26, 1955 in Seattle, Washington. He was a retired truck driver.
