It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wanda Ann Richardson Phillips (Toccoa, Georgia), born in Stephens, Georgia, who passed away on February 5, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Owen Richardson and Grace Elizabeth Hitt Richardson. She is survived by: her daughter Autumn Gail Kite; her son-in-law Jeff of Pine Mountain, Georgia; her grandson Jeremy Kite of Newnan; and her sister Camille Higginbotham of Blairsville, Georgia.
