It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Wilkinson Foster (Toccoa, Georgia), born in Stephens, Georgia, who passed away on October 1, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Harrison Wilkinson and Mildred Purcell Wilkinson; her son David Alan Foster; and her siblings, John Vernon Wilkinson, Sr., Sue Wilkinson Looney and Mary Wilkinson Smith.
She is survived by: her daughter Stefanie; her son-in-law Bill Barrett of Tococa; her son Roger Stephen Foster, Jr. of Baldwin; her grandchildren, Hannah, Ben Matthews, Mikhayla Westmoreland, Riley Westmoreland, Alex Foster, Ellie Foster and David Alan Foster, Jr.; and her great grandchildren, Avie Rae Matthews, Alaina Rose Foster and Scarlett Ava Foster. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
