He is survived by: his wife Mary Hix; his children, Victor Hix (Valleri), Jamie Hix and Kayla Gravely (Chris); and his grandchildren, Adrienne Hix, Amber Ashe, Anna Hix, Logan Hix, Rylan McDaniel, Houston Gravely, Weston Gravely and Waylon Gravely.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Whitlock Mortuary, Inc. (120 Rose Ln, Toccoa, GA 30577). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Cabin Creek Baptist Church Cemetery (892 Cabin Creek Rd, Nicholson, GA 30565).
