He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Billy and Alice Stowe Holbrooks; and his siblings, Talmadge, Doris, Billy, Bobby, Donald, Johnny and Jerry.
He is survived by: his children, Thomas Holbrooks (Phyllis) of Oxford, GA and Karen Keilman (Paul) of Bishop, GA; his grandchildren, Paul Keilman III, Mary Keilman Jordan (Jacob) and Madeline Keilman; and his caregiver Melvina Hill.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Whitlock Mortuary, Inc. (120 Rose Ln, Toccoa, GA 30577). A memorial service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Stephens County Senior Center Meals on Wheels, 55 Rose Lane Park Drive, Toccoa, GA 30577.
