It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Franklin Leopard (Toccoa, Georgia), who passed away on October 24, 2018, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Ravenell Leopard; and his sister Louellen Ramey. He is survived by: his parent Bonnie Ruth Thomas Leopard; his daughters, Debbie Beard, Dwayne Beard of Royston, Pam Dean, Tim Dean of Cornelia, Tammy Wehunt and Dan Wehunt of Royston; and his sister Judy Givens of Athens. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and twenty-two great-grandchildren.
