He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Macklyn and India Bond Gower. He is survived by: his wife Lynne Anderson Gower; his sister Sylvia Lundy of Dahlonega, GA.; and his children, Carter M. Gower of Gainesville, GA, Stephanie Azzolin of Watkinsville, GA and Paul Dukes of Brossard.
