She was predeceased by: her parent Laverne Copeland Neal; and her sons, Terry Allen Cobb, Jr. and Joshua Caleb Isaacs. She is survived by: her father Albert Roy Neal of Carnesville; her son Kevin Neal Cobb; her daughter-in-law Jennifer Cobb; her grandchildren, Lily, Emma, Bella, Mia, Sophie Cobb and Shallen Isaacs of South Korea; and her great grandchild Asher Cobb.
