She was predeceased by: her parents, Freeman Mitchell and Odessel Nimmons Rampy; her former husband Ferd Moore; her siblings, Rothell Rampy and Sue Ella Storey; and her siblings-in-law, Roscoe "Cokey" Storey, Stewart "Jockey" Wiggins and Jane Addington Rampy.
She is survived by: her husband Dan Merck; and her siblings, Hugh Rampy of Sweetwater, TN, Curtis Ray, Jeane Rampy of Liberty, SC, Minnie Lou, Marvin Harrison of Eastanollee and Carolyn Jean Wiggins of Oxford, GA. She is also survived by one step-grandchild; one step-great-grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews.
