It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sara Elaine Stowe (Toccoa, Georgia), born in Stephens, Georgia, who passed away on June 6, 2019, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenyon Stowe and Sarah Nell Verner Stowe; and her brother Alton Stowe. She is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
