He was predeceased by: his father Jack G. Billingsley; his son Kyle G. Billingsley; and his stepfather Philip Downing. He is survived by: his mother Brenda Downing; his wife Heather Johnson; his daughters, Shannon "Sissy" Billingsley, Brenda Elaine "Le" Billingsley and Samantha "Sammy" Billingsley of Georgia; his stepson John "Junior" Johnson; his siblings, Cassandra Dyan Szabo (Lewis), David L. Billingsley (Kimberly), Ira Scott Billingsley (Julie) and Daniel L. Billingsley (Raquel); his stepsiblings, Phillip Downing and Nikki Leach; and his grandchildren, Damian Hall, Sophia Hall and Marshall Hall. He is also survived by loving cousins, aunts, uncles, nephews, and nieces.
