He is survived by: his wife Lois Mullinax Long; his son Richard; his daughter-in-law Lisa Long of Toccoa; his daughters, Rhonda Crump of Toccoa and Renitia Rohletter of Walhalla, SC; and his sisters, Joyce Blackwell of Westminster, SC, Thomas of Westminster, SC and Linda M. Jones of Westminster, SC.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family to help with expenses.
