It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald F. Neill of Toccoa, Georgia, born in Los Angeles, California, who passed away on July 9, 2023, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Mac and Mary Eliza Ricks Neill; and his siblings, Mary Lorraine Neill and Kennedy "Kenny" Neill. He is survived by: his wife Amarylin Diaz Neill of Toccoa; his son Michael N. Neill of Toccoa; and his brothers, Michael L. Neill of California and Robert "Bob" Neill of California. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
