He was predeceased by: his parents, Kermit Jenkins and Velma Smith Jenkins; his daughter Rebecca Drummond; and his brother Jimmy Jenkins. He is survived by: his daughter Jenny Emanuel of Toccoa; and his siblings, Terry Jenkins of Toccoa, Carolyn Wilson of Eastanollee, Gloria (Roger Cobb) of Toccoa, Sylvia (Alan Rider) of Toccoa, Rhonda Peeples of Toccoa and Shelia (Wesley Kellar). He is also survived by six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
