He was predeceased by: his son Paul Montemayor; and his parents, Roberto Montemayor and Katherine Virginia Montemayor. He is survived by: his wife Leslie Harris Montemayor; his daughter Catherine Boynton; his son-in-law Thomas Boynton of Atlanta; his children, Greg Montemayor of Decatur, GA, Anne Montemayor of Decatur, GA and Marilyn Montemayor; his grandchild Charlotte Boynton; his sister Lydia Montemayor; his brother-in-law Henry Ehrman of Clearwater, FL; and his sister Delia Montemayor of Toccoa, GA. He is also survived by cousins, aunts and uncles.
