He is survived by: his wife Debra Evans; his son Matthew Evans; his stepsons, Jamie Terry, Richard Terry and Raymundo Hernandez; and his sisters, Pat Pruitt, Elaine Allison (Larry) and Betty Land (Jim). He is also survived by his 8 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.
