We are sad to announce that on October 14, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Ray Leroy Bell of Toccoa, Georgia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father David Luther; his brother Fred; and his sister-in-law Carolyn Bell. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Hicks Bell; and his children, Angela Bell and Daniel Bell.
Due to the conditions concerning the health and well-being of our community, social distancing will be observed. Those attending the service are encouraged to wear a mask.
