It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Randolph Parker Harper (Toccoa, Georgia), born in Elberton, Georgia, who passed away on February 4, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee and Elizabeth Blackmon Harper; his wife Viola Bryant Harper; and his daughter Judy Harper Kimsey. He is survived by: his children, Darrell Harper, Gary (Tamie Harper) and Jane Harper Freeman of Martin; and his grandchildren, Angie, Billy Bennett, Kelly Mateos, Scott, Jessa Freeman and Nicholas Harper. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.
