It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rachel Faye Yarber Justice (Toccoa, Georgia), who passed away on June 2, 2019, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Yarber and Mary Yarber; and her husband Bobby A. Justice. She is survived by: her children, Vicki Roby of Toccoa, GA and Robert Justice of Toccoa, GA; her brother Kenneth Yarber of Homer, GA; and her grandson Michael Webb. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
