It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Phyllis Jean Cochran Edmonds of Toccoa, Georgia, born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on December 14, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Will I. Cochran and Flora Scheagle Cochran; and her husband Dr. Frank Y. Edmonds. She is survived by: her sons, Dr. Thomas Edmonds (Cindy) of Birmingham, Michael Edmonds (Smita) of Westminster and Dr. Robert Edmonds (Terry) of Martin. She is also survived by four grandsons and two granddaughters; eight great-grandchildren.
