He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Jackson Cheek and Della Ramey Cheek; and his siblings, Jack Cheek, Bobbie Cheek, Zudie Mae Dalton and Doris Lattrell Cheek Grantom.
He is survived by: his children, Faye Cheek (Shelton Lewallen) of Alto Georgia and Christopher Cheek of Georgia; his grandson Gunner Jo Cheek; and his brother Andrew Cheek of Toccoa. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the Clearview Baptist Church (137 Midway Crossing, Cornelia, GA 30531).
