She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Ray Spangler and Norma Gladys Talbott Spangler. She is survived by: her husband John Wheeler; her daughters, Jessica Pruitt (Jarrad Alley) of Toccoa and Ally; her son-in-law William Brown; her son Allen; and her daughter-in-law Jodi Wheeler of Macon, Georgia. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and one great-grandson.
A memorial service was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the First Baptist Church (475 E Tugalo St, Toccoa, GA 30577).
