She was predeceased by: her parents, Mose Collins and Agnes Ward Collins; her husband Gene Earnest Garner; and her siblings, Sam Collins, Jackie Wood and Charlotte Turner.
She is survived by: her children, Randy Collins (Rebecca), Marie Dukes, Terry Garner, Rita Williams (Charles) and Jayson Garner (Crystal); her grandchildren, Erin Roesch, Samantha Arnold, Kayla Ramey, Josh Ramey, Ethan Dukes, Dustin Ramey, Katelyn Collins, Kristan Collins, Kaylen Escalante, Alyssa Garner, Haylee Garner and Raylynn Garner; and her brothers, Jerry Collins, Kenneth Collins, Tim Collins and Rick Collins.
