She was predeceased by: her parents, Marshall A Evans and Ruby Evans (Davis); her husband James W. Forbus; and her brothers, Herman and Gerald Evans.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Forbus (Susan) of Pike Road, Bonnye Sielken (David) of Toccoa and Alan Forbus (Pamela) of Naples; her grandsons, Reed Forbus, Evan Forbus, Gabriel Forbus, Joshua Sielken, Stephen Black, Andrew Payne, Jason Nichols and Daniel Hernandez; and her great grandchildren, Mannon Finley, Jeremy Payne, Leo Decius, Gavin Nichols, Levi Payne, Lionel Decius and Ryan Forbus. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren.
