We are sad to announce that on April 13, 2018, at the age of 69, Ophelia Hix Simpson (Toccoa, Georgia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Wade Segars of Maysville, James Ed Segars of Toccoa, Robert Jeffery Segars of Toccoa, Larry Ramsey of Toccoa, Lynn Ballenger of Carnesville and Becky Ramsey Coker of Red Hill; and her brothers, James Hix and Ernest Hix.
