With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norma Elaine Templeton Maxwell of Toccoa, Georgia, born in Las Vegas, Nevada, who passed away on October 1, 2021 at the age of 66. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bob Lee and Betty Louise Greeman Templeton; and her children, Kami Tench and William Steven Maxwell. She is survived by: her children, Richard Martin Maxwell and Tonya Julianne Maxwell; and her sisters, Trudy Nicol and Leigh Cowan. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
