We are sad to announce that on November 16, 2018, at the age of 86, Mildred Polly McMinn (Toccoa, Georgia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Jack Payne; her child Ray Hicks; her former husband Ira McMinn; her granddaughter Claudia Hicks Chapman; and her siblings, Coy Payne, Terrell Payne, Ruby Keller, Gwen Howe and Kathryn Payne.
She is survived by: her parent Maude Holcomb Payne; her children, Jim Hicks, Louise Hicks, Charles Hicks, Barbara Hicks, Larry Hicks and Gregg Bell; and her grandchildren, Missy Kelley, Chuck Kelley, Jill Terrell and Logan Bell.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like for memorial donations to be given to the Gideon's.
