He is survived by: his parents, Michael Gragg of Toccoa and Brenda Fulghum Gragg of Eastanollee; his wife Larissa Gragg of Gainesville; his children, Hailey Gragg of Eastanollee and Matthew Pless of Toccoa; his siblings, Russell Brock (Scotti) of Toccoa, Kevin Brock (Patti) of Cornelia, Karen Fruster (Freddie) of Toccoa, Stephanie Wilbanks (Todd) of Toccoa, Jennifer Brock of Toccoa, Amanda Murray of Toccoa and Miranda Gragg of Toccoa; his stepchildren, Azlynn Ballenger of Eastanollee, Kaitlyn Traxler of Ila, Nicholas Ludwig (Allison) of Toccoa and Blaine Little of Ila; his brothers-in-law, Micah Ludwig (Crystal) of Clarkesville, Ray Ludwig (Paige) of Lula and Jason Evers of The Rock, Georgia; and his daughter-in-law Misty Walst (Eric) of The Netherlands. He is also survived by eight step-grandchildren; a number of nieces and nephews.
