She was predeceased by: her parents, Lemuel Payne and Tressie Morris Payne; her husband Crawford Lomax; and her daughters, Susan Lomax and Lavon Caudell.
She is survived by: her sons, Dwight (Cynthia Lomax), Doyle (Beverly Lomax), Gerald Lomax of Dahlonega, Randy (Kay Lomax) and Shannon (Karen Lomax). She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, thirty-five great-grandchildren; and ten great-great grandchildren.
