Mary Higgins Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Higgins of Toccoa, Georgia, who passed away on August 4, 2021 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Alexander Garner and Lola Elise Holcomb Garner; her husband James Billy Higgins; her children, James Marlon Higgins, Timothy Allen Higgins, Janice, Judith and Janet Denise Higgins; and her siblings, Randy Garner (Red), Charles Garner (Blackie), Gene Garner, Harold Garner, Sharon Steelman, Pauline Gibson, Margaret Canup and Joann Savage.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jane Thompson of Toccoa, Jackie Mangum of Alto and Jodie Higgins of Toccoa; and her brother Jimmy Garner of Martin. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren; a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
